Sanford Spinners Baseball Club – Ticket, Entry & Fan Policy

Effective Date: May 1, 2026

1. All Sales Final

All Sanford Spinners ticket purchases are final.

  • No refunds will be issued for any reason.

  • By purchasing admission, you agree to all posted policies.


2. Game Status & Rain Policy

  • A game is considered official after 5 innings of play.

If a game is canceled before 5 innings:

  • No refunds will be issued.

  • Fans will receive admission to a future Sanford Spinners home game during the same season.

If a game is called after 5 innings:

  • The game is official and no exchanges will be provided.


3. Admission Process (Wristband Entry System)

  • All games are played at Lee County High School Ballpark.

  • Gates open at 6:00 PM | First pitch at 7:00 PM

Entry Procedure:

  • Sanford Spinners use a wristband system (no physical or digital tickets).

  • The purchaser must present a valid ID and purchase receipt at entry.

  • Wristbands will be issued upon verification.

  • No re-entry is permitted without a valid wristband.


4. Ticket Pricing

  • Ages 13+: $10

  • Ages 6–12: $5

  • Ages 5 & Under: Free


5. Prohibited Items & Entry Policies

  • No outside food or beverages allowed.

  • No coolers permitted.

  • No smoking or vaping anywhere in the ballpark.

Bags & Personal Items:

  • Bags are allowed for necessary personal items only.

  • All bags are subject to search.

  • Baby strollers and wagons are permitted and subject to inspection.


6. Permitted Items

  • Lawn chairs and picnic blankets are allowed and encouraged.


7. Weather & Game Updates

  • For delays, postponements, or cancellations, fans should follow the Sanford Spinners’ official social media channels for updates.


8. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

Anyone entering Lee County High School Ballpark for a Sanford Spinners Baseball Game:

  • Assumes all risks and dangers incidental to the game of baseball, whether occurring prior to, during, or after the game, including but not limited to thrown or batted balls or other objects;

  • Agrees that the Sanford Spinners; Sanford Spinners Baseball Club, LLC; its partners, sponsors, vendors, affiliates, agents, officers, employees, and staff; the Old North State League; participating clubs, coaches, players; and any related individuals or entities shall not be held liable for any injuries or damages resulting from such risks;

  • Grants permission for their likeness to be used in photographs, video, or other media for promotional and marketing purposes without compensation.


9. Fan Conduct

  • The Sanford Spinners reserve the right to deny entry or remove any guest for unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior.

  • All guests must comply with staff instructions and posted rules.


10. Policy Acceptance

  • Entry into the ballpark constitutes acceptance of all Sanford Spinners policies.
